New Orleans City Park

Talk about something different! Bernie Forese from DPAP (Decorative Painting Apprenticeship Program) asked me to come to New Orleans to help teach a class of aspiring muralists. So Mickie and I packed up and drove on down to design and paint an 80’ mural on the back wall of the Bumper Car Pavilion at City Park! We had 5 students for an entire week, and then it was just me and JoHanna Bonvillain to finish up. Turned out pretty cool. Gorgeous park - Wouldn’t mind doing another one! My first trip to New Orleans! And I LOVE crawfish!
